xAI Grok Voice Agent API
Pricing page lists grok-voice-3.0 at $0.08/min ($4.80/hr); grok-voice-2.0 marked deprecated. Launch coverage cited $0.05/min (change date not published by xAI).
Lokutor
Replaced plans (~2¢/min announced Sep 23, fewer minutes from Oct 2) with a prepaid balance: $0.042/min platform plus model tokens, about 5.2¢/min typical.
Vapi
Build/Scale replaced by Success Packages (No package $0, Core $29/mo, Pro 10% of hosting with $999/mo minimum, Premier custom). Entry concurrency cut from 10 to 4. Hosting stays $0.05/min.
Synthflow
Self-serve pay as you go removed from the pricing page. Only Enterprise remains, from $30,000/year.
HighLevel Voice AI
Pay-per-use Voice AI moved to itemized billing: $0.045/min Voice Engine + TTS + LLM tokens. ElevenLabs V2.5 TTS set at $0.035/min.
ElevenLabs Agents
Agents pricing cut up to 20% (Starter example $0.10 → $0.08/min) and pay as you go introduced.
Bland AI
Per-minute rates became plan-based: Start $0.14, Build $0.12 (+$299/mo), Scale $0.11 (+$499/mo). Scale no longer appears on the live pricing page as of Oct 19, 2026, though the billing docs still list it.
